Here at First Apostolic Church children are very important to us. Proverbs 22:6 says, "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it."
Our Sunday School directors and teachers make this verse their goal and passion. Every week they pour into our young children using fun and creative tools; ensuring that they know that God loves them and has a plan for them.

As Sunday School Directors Brother and Sister Woods have a genuine love and passion for seeing children saved. They continually seek God for direction and passion for the children of Shelbyville.
"Our main goal at First Apostolic Church Children's Ministry is for your child to feel loved and accepted. We want to help your child come to love, follow and experience Jesus. Jesus charged us with reaching and teaching children and families. To help them become fully devoted followers and leaders in Christ Jesus. In each Sunday School Class your child will learn age appropriate Bible stories. They will grow in Bible study, Prayer, and Worship. We encourage your child to apply Bible learning to their lives. We want your child to live the joyful life God intended by adopting His values of love and care for others. We also encourage fun and creativeness. We hope and pray your family can join us soon.
